Apnea Tables Trainer 8.0

Apnea Tables is an application designed for spearfishers and freedivers to assist in the training of breath-holding techniques for static apnea.

The app functions automatically, requiring users to conduct a maximum breath-holding attempt to customize their training. It is recommended to begin with 3-4 warm-up attempts, lasting approximately half the time of the user's maximum breath-holding achievement. Subsequently, users should record their maximum breath-holding result, which will be used to generate individualized training tables automatically, including the CO2 and O2 tables.

There are two primary tables provided by Apnea Tables. The CO2 table aims to familiarize the brain with elevated CO2 levels through a series of static breath-holding exercises that decrease rest times while maintaining a constant breath-holding duration. On the other hand, the O2 table facilitates acclimation to reduced O2 levels by featuring a series of static breath-holding drills that increase breath-holding durations while maintaining consistent rest intervals.

Moreover, Apnea Tables offers integration with the Apple Health app, enabling users to synchronize their workout data effortlessly.
